1. All Sales Are Final

All sales are final. Once an order has been placed and processed, it cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged except as expressly provided in this policy or where required by applicable law.

By placing an order with Still Ballistics, you acknowledge and agree that all purchases are final.

 

2. No Returns or Refunds

Still Ballistics does not accept returns or issue refunds for:

• Buyer's remorse.

• Incorrect product selection.

• Products that do not fit the customer's intended application.

• Accidental orders.

• Products that have been opened, installed, used, modified, or damaged after delivery.

• Clearance, closeout, discounted, or final sale merchandise.

• Special-order, custom, or personalized products.

Customers are responsible for ensuring they order the correct products before completing their purchase.

3. Defective or Incorrect Merchandise

If you receive merchandise that is:

• Defective due to a manufacturing defect;

• Damaged prior to delivery; or

• Incorrect due to an error by Still Ballistics,

you must notify us within 7 calendar days of delivery.

To process your claim, please provide:

• Your order number;

• A description of the issue; and

• Clear photographs showing the product and any damage.

If we determine that the issue is the result of our error or a verified manufacturer defect, we may, at our sole discretion:

• Replace the product;

• Exchange the product for the correct item; or

• Provide another remedy as required by applicable law.

Refunds are generally not provided unless required by law.

4. Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with warranty claims or exchanges unless the issue resulted from our error.

Still Ballistics is not responsible for products lost or damaged during return shipment. We recommend using a carrier that provides tracking and insurance.

5. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been processed for shipment.

Once an order has entered processing or has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

6. Manufacturer Warranties

Many products sold by Still Ballistics are covered by the manufacturer's warranty.

Warranty claims may need to be submitted directly to the manufacturer. Warranty terms, coverage, and procedures vary by manufacturer.

7. Chargebacks

Customers agree to contact Still Ballistics before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Fraudulent or unwarranted chargebacks may be disputed using order records, shipping confirmations, and customer communications.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Still Ballistics' liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. Still Ballistics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the purchase, use, or inability to use any product.

9. Compliance with Applicable Law

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit or waive any rights that cannot be disclaimed under applicable federal, state, or local law. Where consumer protection laws require a refund, replacement, or other remedy, Still Ballistics will comply with those legal obligations.
