CLAIM PROCESS

DOCUMENT THE ISSUE
Capture clear, high-resolution photographs or video of the alleged manufacturer defect and the overall condition of the component.

SUBMIT CLAIM FORM
Contact our support team via the Contact Page. Include your original proof of purchase and the media captured in Step 01.

TECHNICAL REVIEW
Our team will assess the claim. If approval is granted, you will receive confirmation from our team within 3 business days from initial contact.

RESOLUTION
Upon physical inspection and confirmation of a manufacturer defect, Still Ballistics will repair or replace the component at no additional cost.
WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS & LIMITATIONS
MISUSE & ABUSE
Damage resulting from intentional destruction, or any use beyond the component's designed performance parameters.
IMPROPER INSTALLATION
Damage caused by improper assembly or installation. .
MODIFICATIONS
Any alterations, unauthorized repairs, or structural modifications will void the warranty immediately.
NORMAL WEAR
Cosmetic finish wear, scratches, or expected degradation from regular use and high-volume firing.
INCOMPATIBILITY
Use with non-compatible firearm platforms or third-party parts that interfere with intended operation.
